Schools of the Sacred Heart acquired a seven-room MEU (Modular Educational Units) providing 6 classrooms and bathroom facilities totaling 5,400 sq. ft. This facility is located on the north end of the campus, in close proximity to the gymnasium. This building houses Grades 1-4, with additional rooms designated as the library, assembly area, and staff meeting and work space. Additional buildings were acquired for Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grades 5-7. An additional classroom for music and art is also designated in the new buildings.

Permanent facilities will be constructed on the 250 acre property, providing its own campus configuration for the boys and allowing the girls the integrity of their campus. The permanent facility for St. John Berchmans School will include classrooms, music and art rooms, a library, a small chapel, a gymnasium and athletic fields. Kitchen facilities are being considered to serve the needs of Berchmans students. A separate larger chapel will be considered in a later development phase, although all students and staff will have access to the Academy chapel.
